Today is my 37th birthday. I am not bothered by age much, but I don't like to think of being in my late thirties and a single mom. Mostly, I am happy about where I am in life though.

Btw, age is really relative, just a state of mind. I've met both young thinking old farts as well as old over-the-hill acting young farts in the past. Frankly I find that the former are a tad more fun to be around.
Physical age (37) and social status (single mom) need not be a concern if you don't let it. You can't worry about the past (but learn from it). You can't worry about the future (just try to plan for it). All you really can do is live for today and enjoy it!
Now you and Lexi go blow out your b'day candles and pig out on some yummy cake!
