Three months ago (June 14th), I announced that we had our house up for sale. My short attention span and the slow market had caused me to lose faith, but I am here to tell you that YES we finally have a contract on our house. The realtor came by last night with the offer and it was our rock bottom price (of course). We are still happy with it though - thank you South Florida Home Inflation! WE LOVE YOU! I feel like we were on a episode of "Flip This House."
